Job Description: The Retirement Client Experience (RCE) Digital team is seeking a seasoned Digital Platform Product Manager to drive the conceptualization and development of a Financial Wellness platform on Benefits Online. The position will focus on creating engaging experiences for our end users (Participant Experience) across web and mobile platforms that drive engagement and behavior changes that ultimately help Participants improve their financial well-being. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking digital native and be able to absorb and build upon the vision of our Financial Wellness offering. The candidate should be able to articulate concepts from an end to end perspective in a clear and concise manner with key stakeholders and executives across the organization, and demonstrate ability to execute on that vision. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning, concept evangelism and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of post-college experience and have a strong background in consumer engagement experiences. Financial services experience is a plus. Key responsibilities will include: o Digital product management of key aspects of the Participant experience for RCE audience. o Management of key initiatives through full project life cycle from ideation and scoping to implementation and communications o Competitive review and analysis to stay on top of industry trends for benefits and consumer platforms and apply findings to help shape group strategy o Implement consumer engagement strategies to drive site usage and repeat visitation that leads to positive behavior change o Present platform strategy to both internal and external audiences including institutional retirement clients (plan sponsors), consultants, and Financial Advisors o Develop key metrics to help track platform engagement success and corresponding business impacts on account opening and revenues o manage multiple vendors that will perform user research and business analysis Required Skills: o Bachelor's degree o A digital native, with deep expertise in digital product space- web, mobile and social platforms o Experience with implementing digital enhancements with a strong understanding of the latest technology and user behavior trends o Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile project lifecycles and deliverables. o Stronger organizational, leadership and relationship building skills o Detail oriented, proactively anticipates problems and executes solutions o Comfortable interacting with multiple levels in the organization, influencing direction without authority o Communicates easily and effectively with excellent presentation skills for executive-ready updates o Able to balance multiple and competing priorities Job number: 18067979

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
