seats Previous experience with Genesys Routing (Composer/ORS) Experience with Java/JavaScript, Eclipse SDK & XML (SCXML/VXML) What are the nice-to-have skills Architecture experience designing solutions using Genesys applications (i.

, Framework, Conversation Manager, Composer/ORS, SIP, Outbound, GVP, etc.
) Development skills necessary to create prototypes of the system design Ability to lead multiple projects The CTI Architect leads the design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables related to new contact center CTI applications for the Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Management LOBs.
Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions.
Develops prototypes of the system design and works with other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes.
May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor Required Skills Minimum 7
