With a focus on Design/Build/Maintenance; our growing Landscape Company is a full service company that brings our clients the convenience of one stop shopping for all of their property needs. Located in Pennington, NJ we focus on exceeding customer expectations with excellent service, craftsmanship and unique designs.
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be filling an integral position to assist this company with continued growth. Overall you will help insure that we uphold our commitment to maximum efficiency, reliability, and quality of service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Ability to function in a team environment while demonstrating leadership skills
o Ensure that projects come together at the highest standards.
o Ability to teach crew members
o Manage all paperwork from start to close for all jobs
o Must be excellent at time management

SUCCESS FACTORS:
o Minimum 2 years in a similar role in the Landscape industry
o Must have plant knowledge
o An independent self starter who takes initiative and responsibility
o Highly organized and detail oriented for efficiently of installations
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Must have a valid driver's license
o Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus
