Position Description
This individual will support the Financial Solutions Advisors FSAs and be responsible for coaching them on how to meet more complex client needs and solutions. He/She will need to coach FSAs on how to understand the customer''s investment needs and help them recommend solutions involving, when necessary, our more complex investment products (particulalry managed product MESP and referals to the Annuity Sales Team). This individual will partner with the Division Sales Mgrs, Team Mgrs and FSA Promotion Coaches to focus their efforts on the highest opportunity areas and FSAs. He/She will help onboard new Core 2 Promotions FSAs, improve the understanding of MESP and our annuity offerings, and drive sales of those products among the appropriate Home Office teams.
This individual will be responsible for the following:
Participation rate of FSAs in their coverage area on sales of MESP
Referral rate of FSA in their coverage area for annuity sales
Account sales of MESP in their coverage area
Referral of Annuities in their coverage area
Assets sold into MESP in their coverage area
Assets sold into Annuities in their coverage area
RSM/FSA satisfaction with their delivery of expertise/support
Compliance: Ensuring compliance for these products in their coverage areas.
Enterprise Role Overview
Solicitation of investment products to fulfill client needs. Proactively engage FAs to assist/train in identifying client needs to match with investment solutions. Leverage and coordinate the segmentation and wholesaling efforts of asset managers. Conduct FA training and client seminar presentations. Conduct client meetings to provide investment recommendations. Accountable for defined and measured goals including sales activity, gross and net managed asset sales targets, and FA penetration.
Required Skills:"MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
Series 7 and 63 and full annuity licensing
Series 9 and 10 preferred; if not currently held, must be obtained within 90 days of start date
Ability to provide coaching on managed product and annuities
Proven ability to drive sales in a specialist or wholesaler role
Ability to clearly articulate their business plan to regional managers
Strategic vision
Strong investment process and invest product understanding
Strong ability to quickly develop strong relationships with key partners - consistent with a gearing ratio of 250 FSAs per individual Specialist
Ability to understand FSA needs and ensure the design and project support materials supports these needs
Must be a self starter
Strong verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate large meetings and communicate with executive audiences
Strong interpersonal skills / experience
Strong planning and organizational skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
