The job location is in Pennington, NJ for a contract Delivery Lead to assist their team.
We require candidates who are willing to provide their last 5 years of W2 records (The client will conduct a thorough background check upon hire).

Description:
This is a Delivery Lead position in Bank of America's Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization.
The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points.
They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and onboard all technical partners.
Serve as a stand-in Change Manager when needed.
Understand feature costs by owning dispatch process for accurate estimates.
Actively lead triages to resolve blockers for the agile team.
Ensure execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in a business analyst role in an agile environment.
Skills:
Ability to effectively manage project delivery.
Collaboration with various technology partners and agile teams.
Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication at different levels within the organization.
Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in technology with strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques.
Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills.
Intermediate Word and Excel proficiency.
Good understanding of agile, with working experience in agile tools like JIRA preferable.
