Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Overview
The Operations Project Manager leads, manages, oversees and directs activities associated with Tools Operations Management and projects to ensure successful project implementation to drive quality, operational efficiency, profitability, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Duties
Direct, track and manage assigned projects in support of operational objectives in areas such as: customer satisfaction, quality improvement, business growth, profitability, productivity, risk reduction, etc.
Ensures that the scope of each project is maintained through the creation of a project charter and enforcement of change control process that documents and approves changes to project scope, functionality or the timing of agreed upon major milestones.
Manages each project through all phases of the project management cycle; requirements, design, development, quality testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post implementation phases.
Responsible for communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall project status to management. Provides regular communication and project status updates to project teams, stakeholders and vendors/consultants throughout the implementation project lifecycle
Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of project status and/or issues
Ensures that there is a detailed implementation plan for each project production installation, monitors compliance with the defined plan, and monitors the project for post-implementation issues.
Facilitates a formal project closure by holding a formal Lessons Learned session, documenting the results, and ensuring continuous improvement efforts are realized.
Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity

Skills:
Provide project leadership to motivate project team members, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions and provide constructive feedback, and have a can do attitude.
Must have excellent positive interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to bridge/facilitate/report efforts between technical, business and operational teams via meetings, status reports, resource management
Must be detail oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Follow PMO standards
Strong hands on knowledge of Microsoft Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, WebEx, and Clarity

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
