The GWIM Business Technology &Strategy; Support team is looking for a dynamic individual to be the face forthe technology available to Financial Advisors (FA) across the country. Thisperson will be responsible for communicating new and existing technology to FA'sas well as educating the FA's on the benefits of utilizing the technologyavailable to them.

Create trainingmaterial for a variety of topics
Deliver onsitetraining to offices and complexes
Provide regularWeb-based and recorded training
Assist and providebackup for various Mobile and Linked-in projects
Participate incompetitive hire presentations

Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget. Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive toward execution and delivering results
Flexible with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently while escalating appropriately
Ability to priortize work, manage complex multiple projects and deliver solutions on tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Windoes and Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
May be asked to provide writing samples as part of the interview process.
